Hotel Artus - Old Town enjoys a superb location in the heart of Gdansk's Old Town, with some rooms offering lovely views of the cathedral. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, especially the bathrooms, and the varied and fresh breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is a highlight for many, with large portions of tasty, traditional food, though some have noted that the restaurant service wasn't always friendly. Being close to attractions like the Neptune Fountain and the Main Town, and with 24/7 reception, adds to the convenience of the stay; light sleepers might want to use the provided earplugs due to the nearby church bells that ring from 7 am.

excellent stay in the old town

The staff at the front desk were genuinely helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. the included breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options. I appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit. I found convenient parking available nearby, located just a short walk from the hotel entrance.
the street outside became quite noisy late at night, made sleeping difficult even with earplugs.
